More Samsung Galaxy S4 Rumours Begin To Circulate
The Galaxy S3 follows in the footsteps of its predecessor the Galaxy S2, and in turn the original Galaxy S2. Both previous Galaxy S handsets have sold over 50 million handsets combined, and Samsung recently made an announcement that the Galaxy S3 has now sold over 30 million units, after taking just 100 days to sell 20 million.
The Galaxy S3 has now been on the market since May, which is quite a long time in the smartphone business. Naturally, some people are now beginning to speculate about the follow up to the Galaxy S3. For a while there have been rumours of Samsung launching a ‘Galaxy S4’ at next year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, but Samsung has taken to Twitter and said it can neither confirm nor deny these rumours.
Over at Concept Phones, a new article has suggested possible specs for the device, and encourages readers to post the features they would like to see on the phone. The article suggests that we will see features on the Galaxy S4 which seem like a natural progression from those of the current Galaxy S3.
These include a 2.4GHz quad-core processor and possible a 12 megapixel camera. A slight increase in screen size is also probable, as is a larger battery to cope with the upgraded specifications. Of course, we will also see the most current Android OS as the platform of choice, which at the time is likely to be Jellybean 4.2 but it will surely offer an update further down the line.
We can expect Samsung Galaxy S4 rumour to start hotting up over the coming weeks and months, and will keep you posted with the latest developments.
