Samsung Galaxy S4 Launch To Be Streamed Live On The Internet

Now that we are well into the new year, we have seen the launch of a number of notable smartphone models in recent weeks. Some of the first high-profile models launched so far in 2013 are the Sony Xperia Z and the HTC One.


However, there is one handset in particular which is causing plenty of excitement among smartphone enthusiasts. This is of course the Samsung Galaxy S4. With the current Galaxy S3 model, which was the most successful smartphone models of 2013, it is easy to see why so many people are eagerly anticipating the launch of its successor.


The Samsung Galaxy S4 promises to be another massive hit for the South Korean manufacturer, which in recent months has officially become the biggest mobile phone manufacturer in the world. The current galaxy S3 model has not only seen outstanding levels of commercial success, but is also widely regarded as one of the most impressive smartphones ever launched, further fuelling excitement for the launch of the Galaxy S4.


With rumoured features like a 5 inch high definition display, powerful quad-core processor and 12 megapixel camera it is easy to see why this is such an eagerly anticipated device. Luckily, there is now not much longer to wait, as Samsung has announced that it will officially be unveiling the phone on March 14th. According to uSwitch, invitations to the launch event have now been sent out to the press, and the handset will be unveiled at New York’s famous Times Square. It has also recently been revealed for the event will be streamed live on the Internet, as was the case with the launch of the Galaxy S3. Samsung has not officially named the Samsung Galaxy S4 yet, but invitations to the launch event read ‘Be ready 4 the next Galaxy’, hinting that this will be the name of the phone.
