Samsung releasing six variants of the Galaxy S4
According to latest rumours, the Korean tech giant is planning to release six variants of its up and coming flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S4. The six variants (Black and White options and storage options of 16, 32, and 64GB).
According to the post on SamMobile’s website: “Of course storage is never a problem in Samsung devices since they have microSD expansion support and we do expect a microSD slot in the Galaxy S4, which simply means you can upgrade the storage of your Galaxy S4 with up to 64GB”.
The post said the six variants include: GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 16 GB (White); GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 32 GB (White); GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 64 GB (White); GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 16 GB (Black); GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 32 GB (Black); and GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 64 GB (Black).
Meanwhile, a different article found on PC Magazine said that while the Korean tech giant had announced its Galaxy S4 in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB variants, the 64GB variant will not be available during the Galaxy S4’s launch.
PC Magazine said: “Here’s hoping the 64GB Galaxy S4 will be more widely available”.
The same site also said that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumoured to come in with 4.99”, 1080p display, Exynos 5 octa-core, 2GB RAM, 13MP main camera, and 2MP secondary camera with Android 4.2.2 out of the box.
The Korean tech giant is expected to announce and launch the Samsung Galaxy S4 at a special event (unpacked) on the 14th of this month in New York City.
Well, it is only a couple of days before we finally meet the new Samsung flagship device and successor of the Samsung Galaxy S3.
